Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how NexaVoice Innovations handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation.

1. Who we are

NexaVoice Innovations ("NexaVoice", "we", "us") is based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at nexavoiceinnovations123@gmail.com or on +234 906 117 6333.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you:

  • Information you submit through our contact form: your name, job title, company, business email address, phone number, the reason for your enquiry, and your message.
  • Information you send us directly by email or phone.
  • Basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) that our hosting provider records in server logs for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and arrange demos, calls or pilots you ask about (consent and steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
  • Communicate with you about our products and services where you have asked us to (consent).
  • Keep our website secure and working properly (our legitimate interests).
  • Meet our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our hosting and email providers, under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected in line with Nigerian data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship, and for as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not store tracking information in your browser.

7. Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have rights over your personal data, including to:

  • Ask for access to the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data, or restrict how we use it.
  • Object to our processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
  • Ask for your data in a portable format.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to this website. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the regulator of a breach where the law requires.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
