About
Our Story
It started with a frustration most people in Nigerian contact centres know all too well.
An agent picks up the phone. The customer is upset. Before the agent can even respond, they're toggling between 6 different software windows: the CRM, the banking core system, the ticketing platform, the knowledge base, the compliance checklist, and the call script. By the time they have an answer, the customer has already lost patience.
We watched this play out one too many times. The tools existed, but they were fragmented, foreign-built, and blind to the realities of Nigerian contact centres: multilingual customers speaking Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and Pidgin; core banking systems that weren't designed to talk to each other; agents managing hundreds of calls a day with no AI assistance.
The solution wasn't another imported software. It was something built specifically for this market.
That's why NEXAVOICE was born.
